Finally a SW writer who actually knows history and what (poli.sci) words mean. Sometimes Kafkaesque, sometimes beautiful, generally human series of films for anyone who can't stand normal Star Wars but loves a good story about bureaucracy. Easily one of the best additions to the Star Wars universe in years. Season 2 is one of the best TV series I've seen too.
The story building and telling is incredible! Watching this just before Rogue One and a New Hope showed this, a seamless addition! It might not be The Wire in space, but it's impressive how close they got within the constraints of the corporate Disney Star Wars universe
